BECOME AN AUSTIN STEEL GUITAR FEST VENDOR
Our event is a celebration of all things Steel Guitar, from the music and the performers to the legacy and history of the steel guitar.
We will attract a diverse audience of music enthusiasts, industry professionals and local community members. Our attendees hail from coast to coast, and abroad. They are interested in music, steel guitars, music gear, instructional materials as well as vintage fashion, jewelry, handmade art and more.
Booth Space
- Vendors may purchase up to 2 six-foot tables
- Single booth – 1 six-foot table with 2 chairs – $225
- Double Booth – 2 six-foot tables with 4 chairs – $450
- A limited number of rooms for Steel Guitar manufacturers and gear are available – $600
Vendors can indicate their preference to be inside the Main Ballroom (where the main stage is) or in the foyer outside the Main Ballroom.
Vendor Set-up
Vendor set-up is only Thursday, October 1 between 10am and 5pm.
If you have questions about what might be the best location for your booth, please email steelradio.org@gmail.com. However, booth space is limited and may be assigned depending upon what is available. If you need power strips and/or extension cords, please be sure to bring your own.
Each vendor will receive 2 Fest passes. Booth space is limited so purchase your booth space today.
Program Advertisements are available
Each attendee of the Austin Steel Guitar Fest will receive a copy of our full-color souvenir program at check-in.
Average event attendance is expected to be 300-400 individuals primarily ages 21 and up, from all backgrounds, providing an excellent platform for businesses to gain exposure and connect with potential customers.
Your business, as well as SteelRadio and the Steel Guitar Hall of Fame, both of which are 501(c)(3) organizations will benefit from your generosity in purchasing advertising in this publication. If you are interested in placing an ad in the program, you may purchase your ad here.
